Renting a house is a great option for groups!  Please note that most rentals are now for at least 4 nights +...

We recommend looking in the Edgartown and Katama areas to be closest to wedding and activities. Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs are each a short drive away. Chilmark, Aquinnah and West Tisbury are more off the beaten path, so be prepared for longer rides to town and festivities.

Don't choose Chappaquiddick Island unless you're prepared for a late night swim home à la Teddy Kennedy. Ferry service to this mini-island ends at midnight.

Since the end of June begins the high season on Martha's Vineyard, some homes will have a minimum stay. Please be sure to check this detail when you search listings. 

Or...why not make a vacation of it? We'll be starting festivities on Thursday and we'll be on the island all week.

There are many charming small properties and boutique hotels on the island outside of the room blocks. A comprehensive list can be found here. 

Some favorites are: The Sydney Hotel, The Christopher, The Ashley Inn and The Dockside Inn. For a luxury resort experience on the beach, we recommend The Winnetu, which also has high-end apartment options for groups.
